1st Course:  Shrimp Quiche, paired with Condrieux
2nd Course:  Pomme de Terre Dauphinoise, with Cote de Rhone red
3rd Course:  Rack of Lamb with Green Lentils, paired with Cote Rotie.
4th Course:  Cheese Plate, joined with Chateauneuf de Pape and a Gigondas
th Course:  Crepes Suzette with Berries, matched elegantly with a Muscat Beaum de Venise
